The objective of the survey is to measure the service satisfaction index for the WiFi network service provided by YTLC (YES) in the Residential College in UTM JB campus.

We would appreciate if you could answer some questions about your experiences with the service in the survey form below.

To the students who have received YES 4G Dongle from CICT:

In order to activate your YES 4G account to use the dongles,

  • Please go to the YES SHOP/STORE at Arked Meranti to register and activate the MPLN account (1GB quota/month-limited to 4000 account only).
  • Please bring your IC/Passport to verify your identity.
  • The shop is open from 9am to 5.30pm from Sunday to Thursday.
  • For further detail please call : 018-3034297 (YES Store Office at Arked Meranti)

Students who had received the YES 4G Dongles and do not intend to use them, please return the dongles to CICT Office as soon as possible so that we can give the dongles to other students who really need them.
